Degree-level teaching at UCL
I teach PLIN0036 "The Linguistics of Sign Languages". I also contribute to teaching (about linguistics and gesture) for PALS0020 "Deafness: Cognition and Language" and lectures about sign languages for various modules across the UCL Division of Psychology and Language Sciences.
I am usually available for supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate student projects within the Division of Psychology and Language Sciences on the visual mode of language (including sign language, multimodal communication, gesture), from the perspective of linguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and related areas.
Short courses and CPD
I regularly teach short courses and contribute to DCAL’s Continuing Professional Development programme of courses. I am also available for bespoke training courses; please get in touch for further information.
