JCLC Summer Camp 🏕️
During the first full week of the 2026 Summer Break we had JCLC, a leadership camp with a few selected cadets from several different Army JROTC schools !! It was an honor for a few of our cadets to be able to attend this OUTSTANDING summer JROTC program. There were many activities, along with meeting new people that kept this summer camp exciting.
This event was absolute fun, and we hope to see newer faces participating in JCLC. Thank you to Brigade for giving us the opportunity to be apart of this summer camp !!

An Event where several different Schools in the 8th Brigade attended, featuring the Change of Command within the Brigade Staff. We welcome our new Brigade Commander, along with all the other Staff !! 🎉
We are also congratulating all the Awards passed out after to Stand Out Cadets for there participation in Events, along with their ability to go above and beyond !!

Cadet Ball was such a HOOAH Event where Cadets from multiple other JROTCs participated !! Cadets were able to meet with other Cadets from different schools and learn more about each other, a perfect place for socializing, or just to enjoy the food 🍨
Still. we are glad to see our Cadets having such a fun time during the Cadet Ball !! Thank you Brigade for hosting !!

We congratulate our Robotic's Varsity Team for participating in the National Robotic's Competition, earning us the Design Award !! We are proud to say how HOOAH of a Robotic's Team we have here at Kearny AJROTC.
We would also like to congratulate them on making it into the WORLD's Robotics Competition and AGAIN earning the Vex's Design Award !! 🔥🔥

The Cadet Picnic, an event hosted by our LOVELY Brigade featuring different JROTC schools from the 8th Brigade. Cadets compete in several different challenges against other Schools.
We hope to see more Cadet's participating in next year's Cadet Picnic, and hopefully bringing back more awards than last year !! 🏆

Hot Dog Competition 🌭
A Hot Dog competition around the start of school between the P.E. Teacher and our very own SGT Rupe !! There was quite a large audience watching the challenge between the two contenders with a bunch of loud cheering from both sides. It was a really fun watch, and in the end, JROTC's SFC Rupe won !! 🎊🎖️
Congrats to both contenders !! We hope you had your fill with such delicious hot dogs !! 😋
