Beliefs

Some of the beliefs I have being a incoming teacher, is that just because kids are young doesn't mean they don't deserve to be heard. Growing up I was taught not to speak "when the grown ups were talking" or being told not to insert my opionion. But I believe that everyones voice deserves to be heard no matter how small.
