Does my document need to be notarized?
Typically, if a document needs to be notarized, it will be indicated on the document. Otherwise if you were told to get a document notarized without an area for a notarization please let our notary know and she will give you guidance on the next best step to take!
How long does it take?
We strive to keep every signing concise while maintaining accuracy and customer service.
However, it completely depends on what you need notarized. Every signing will vary - it can be as quick as 5 minutes up to 1 hour (for many signatures) . A typical loan signing takes 30-45 minutes.
What kind of identification do I need for a notary signing?
Some documents will indicate exactly what forms of identification are acceptable or necessary to complete a signing. Typically a government issued photo ID such as a drivers license, passport or green card will be acceptable forms of identification.
What is a mobile notary?
Mobile notaries will travel to provide notary services at the signer’s home or office at their convenience by appointment
How much does it cost?
The State of Arizona has determined the fees for General Notary Services as $10.00 per signature notarized.*
Travel fees are charged per mile. Mileage rates (IRS standard): 65.5 cents per mile.

I have an appointment NOW what?
Preparing for my appointment:
Please have the following items ready for your appointment:
Document needing to be notarized- DO NOT sign prior to appointment
Valid, unexpired government-issued identification (State Drivers License, State ID, US Passport, Military ID.*
If the above IDs are not available, we will need to have someone act as a credible witness. The credible witness will be place under oath to swear/affirm the signers identity. This person MUST personally know the signer and have one of the above forms of identification. In addition, the credible witness cannot be connected to the notarized document.
*Second Form of ID may be required for some documents.
YOU! The person/s signing and requesting the notarization is required by Arizona law to appear before the certified notary at the time of notarization.
