My journey began when my employer merged with a larger company. This reorganization led to multiple layoffs.  After working alongside my clients during this reorganization and listening to the struggles they were experiencing, I knew I had to do something. This experience fueled my passion to create a company dedicated to serving small business owners with genuine care.
