Jeong is a Sr. Manager in Marketing Applied Science at Uber, where he leads research and development in personalization, optimization, and measurement systems for marketing. Jeong co-founded the CausalML project, an open-source Python package that provides a suite of causal machine-learning algorithms. Prior to joining Uber, Jeong was Sr. Research Scientist at Netflix, Sr. Applied ML Scientist at Microsoft, and Chief Data Scientist at Conversion Logic. Jeong received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Wenjing Zheng is a Senior Data Science Manager at Roblox, where she leads the Ecosystem and Learning Platforms data science team in building scalable, impact-driven solutions. She holds dual PhDs from UC Berkeley and Université Paris Cité and brings over a decade of experience in causal machine learning. Prior to Roblox, Wenjing led experimentation and ads growth initiatives at Netflix. Her expertise spans causal inference, machine learning, and applied data science. Before entering the industry, she was an academic researcher focused on developing doubly robust semiparametric methods for causal inference.
Head of Data, Grammarly
Eric is currently the Head of Data at Grammarly, leading teams of data scientists and software engineers who are responsible for improving how teams measure and iterate on the product to create the best communication assistant at Grammarly. He has over 15 years of experience in data leadership roles at Grammarly, Stitch Fix, Yelp, LinkedIn, and CoreLogic.
He is also passionate about sharing knowledge and insights on data product management and data science as a product. He writes a newsletter called "From Data to Product". His mission is to help data professionals and product managers build better data products and use data to help companies assess and navigate risk and opportunity. Eric has a PhD and Masters in Mathematics from Arizona State University, an MS in Business Analytics from University of Minnesota, and an MBA from University of Chicago-Booth.
