  • Constantine Boyadjiev, Head of Fraud and Risk, Accenture: Constantine Boyadjiev heads Accenture’s North America Fraud, Risk & Compliance Analytics practice. As a member of Accenture’s Applied Intelligence leadership team, Constantine architects and delivers cross-industry strategies, assets, and data science capabilities to combat today’s fraud epidemic across a variety of domains including: Financial Crime & AML, Surveillance, Conduct Risk, Trust / Safety / Security, Waste / Error / Abuse, Revenue Leakage, Non-compliance, Insider Threat, and Cybercrime.

  • Alan King, IBM Research: Alan King is an applied mathematician with IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York. He has a distinguished record of publication, with over 75 publications and an h-index of 19. His career interests include: theory and implementation of multi-stage stochastic programming algorithms using massively parallel high-performance computing, application of decisions under uncertainty to financial, insurance and engineering problems, and more recently, applications of deep neural networks for optimizing complex physical systems. After the 2008 Financial Crisis, he engaged with academics and practitioners to lobby for the creation of the Office of Financial Research in the Dodd-Frank Act. His current focus is on the use of AI and Blockchain technologies for enhancing liquidity provision in financial networks, including the enablement of real time payments and the monitoring of systemic risk.


  • Yinglian Xie, CEO DataVisor: Yinglian Xie is CEO and Co-Founder of DataVisor, a leading Silicon Valley-based technology company providing advanced fraud management solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Before founding DataVisor, Yinglian worked at Microsoft Research, where her focus was on advancing the security of online services with big data analytics and machine learning. Yinglian completed both her Ph.D. and post-doctoral work in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, and currently holds over 20 patents in her field. A highly-regarded researcher, author, and conference contributor, Yinglian is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data security.


  • Ivy Lu, Head of Data Science, Oxygen: Ivy Lu is the Head of Data Science and Machine Learning at Oxygen. She is responsible for everything related to AI & Machine Learning in the company, including acquiring customers, improving product features, fighting against fraudsters, etc. Before joining Oxygen, Ivy was a Machine Learning engineer at Apple. She worked on an anti-fraud team to deal with all kinds of fraud and abuse within Apple ecosystem to bring trust and safety to Apple customers. Ivy was a Data Scientist at Capital One where she worked extensively on transaction-based customer-facing products that are impacting millions of credit card customers. Ivy graduated from George Mason University with Ph.D in Earth Systems and Geographic Information Science.


  • Sriram Subramanian, Head of Data Sciences at Conde Nast: Sriram is the Head of Data Sciences at Condé Nast, the publisher of some of the most iconic titles in media such as The New Yorker, Vogue, and GQ. Before joining Condé Nast, Sriram founded Lighthouse Datalab, which focused on creating Data Science and Artificial Intelligence solutions for major media and entertainment firms, that was eventually acquired by Conde Nast. He has also taught at the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York. He holds a PhD in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology.


  • Scott Rickard, Chief Data Scientist, Citadel: Scott Rickard is the Chief Data Scientist at Citadel. Prior to Citadel, he was SVP/CTO for Data Science at Salesforce. He served as CEO of Probability Dynamics, a Dublin-based boutique hedge fund from 2011 to 2014. For many years he was a Professor in the School of Electronic, Electrical and Communications Engineering at University College Dublin (UCD) where he was the Founding Director of UCD's Complex & Adaptive Systems Laboratory (the CASL), a 200+ researcher inter-disciplinary center. Prior to UCD, he worked for a decade with Siemens Corporate Research applying machine learning to industrial research problems, including developing a source separation tool used by the FBI. He has a B.S. in Mathematics, a B.S. in Computer Science, and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T., and MA and PhD degrees in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Princeton University.
