Our Managing Director & CEO, Ms. Kakali Das has been working in the field of Insurance for over a decade and in the field of Sales for more than two decades. In the Sales Field, she has trained a lot of candidates who are today working in reputated and big companies like HDFC Life, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and maximum of them are doing business in financial field. In the Insurance Field, a lot of Financial Consultants were made from her hands who have been very succesful in their respected fields. She has created MDRTs year after year, and a significant number of business leaders. In her own Insurance Career, she started her journey from a very small level as a Sales Development Manager and by her own efforts and consistency she got multiple promotions, finally ended up being a Branch Manager. After so many years of learning and experience, she decided to level up her game and create her very own Business Firm, KD Creation. In this lockdown, she has shown people new ways of earning by changing their business strategy and already they have been able to accomplish their goal.
