These might already be information you already know about our kingdom, but let's get all this out of the way in case you don't know...
KD3249 is a one-alliance kingdom, led by three kings and a team of trusted officers specializing in functions like territory management, event coordination, KvK diplomacy & war-leading, recruitment, and people/member management. Yes, there are still people in leadership that have been here since the kingdom have started.
We have a bot that provides KD Titles 24/7 in-game (before RoK provided the native title reservations feature). Just mention the title you need in kingdom chat or in the title bot's dms, no coordinates needed. Trust us, it just knows. 👀
Most of leadership communication is through Discord (and if the communication is in-game, there is a mirrored message posted on Discord). We expect our citizens to check discord frequently to stay updated. A translation bot is lurking in the Discord server in case communicating in English is a challenge.
Fixed MGE when we’re not fighting, FFA MGE during wars (more info in Alliance Events & Activities section below).
We are a mixed bag of international players. Around 50% of our active players are from Europe & Middle East Asia; 40% are from North & South America; while the rest are from Asia and the Pacific.
We setup deadweight clearing every off-season (more info in Seeding & Deadweight section below). But it should go without saying that zeroing of cities in home kingdom (and allies in LK) without leadership approvals or confirmation are NOT allowed (past authorizations do not count, ask again at the time you plan to hit someone if it's been more than a week since you got authorization).
Mightiest Governor Event (MGE) during off-season are fixed (more often than not). That does not mean it's rigged for just leadership. For example, if you are an infantry player and interested in getting an inf commander that appears in the next MGE then you should apply for that MGE. Our MGE-managing officers take the list of interested people who applied and set the top 15 ranks, taking into consideration their capability to use the commander, in addition to the player's kvk contributions & activity.
FFA MGEs means anyone can be in the MGE top ranks but some stages might be capped so as not to make the event expensive and wasteful of resources/speedups for everybody involved.
Players who exceed the point limits for capped MGE stages will be fined for each stage violation. Exceeding the overall MGE point limit is considered a separate offense and is also subject to fines. The fines are determined by the MGE managers and must be paid to the bank at a time agreed upon with an MGE manager. Repeat offenders may be subject to additional punishments (zone 3 alliance bans, zeroed, etc.).
Unless we are trying to stay within a seed limit, we seldom restrict Zeniths and encourage our whales (and F2P who have saved enough to push) to go for rewards that benefit their accounts and, in turn, our kingdom. However, if you choose to push Zenith (especially when it falls during or right before KvK) you are expected to still meet all your KvK requirements. Using Zenith as an excuse for not having enough resources or speedups for KvK will not be accepted. Additionally, if you wish to maintain your Zenith-induced power long-term, you must logically continue meeting the requirements for that power; otherwise, you will be expected to reduce your power to a level that aligns with your ability to participate and contribute effectively. Â
Due to the diverse time zones and activity levels of our citizens (mentioned in the KD Basics section above), most events for our main alliance are scheduled between 14:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC. To accommodate other time zones, some events may occasionally be activated in the farm alliances, though these are not consistently scheduled. Please let leadership know if you have issues with the alliance event schedules.
Barbarian Forts are monitored in the main alliance during off-season, and top rally leads/participant are occasionally rewarded with KD gifts.
20 GH events are open/FFA except for farms obviously, and players who do not meeting KvK requirements.
Alliance Mobilization (AM) is actively managed in main alliance. Low point quests are refreshed, and we do have a minimum point requirement. Ask an event manager for other details since these changes for each cycle of AM.
Ark of Osiris (AOO) teams available for multiple timeslots and varying levels of seriousness, but we do encourage joining silver ark if the schedules do not work for you and you cannot form a group.
AOO Team 1 is done in the main alliance and managed by KD leadership, VC-coordinated and plans are also posted on Discord.
AOO Team 2 has been discontinued but can be brought back if we have a group of players who want to have it done in our support shell or if there's more than 30 players who want to do AOO in team 1. Team 2 is more casual that team 1 and only require following in-game markers during ark.
AOO in other farm shells are managed by small groups of players (upon their request) and usually are more casual that !RoA/!ZoA AOO teams. Talk to an ark manager if you'd like to form a group for a different time schedule to team 1.
The KD trophies are for activity and contributions. If KvK is on-going or just finished, it's likely based on kvk contributions, honor performance, or prekvk top ranks. If it's off-season, it's based on fort activities, credit building contributions (tech and slow build participation), alliance mobilization ranking, or whatever alliance activity just happened. Some trophies are given for special occasions or events happening outside of the game.
Each alliance manages their resource pits differently. As of February 2026, !ZoA, !GoA and CA:3 only build gold pits. !WoA alternate gold (food-gold-wood-gold). !PoA has been reactivated to be our safe haven for not so active farms, so we do not drop pits there at this time.
!ZoA, !GoA, CA:3 and !WoA require farm members to be active, donate to tech & join 1 troop builds, to generate alliance credits for maintenance and for KvK. Majority of our alliances would occasionally activate events to allow them to earn alliance/individual credits and resource item cards (subject to availability of managing R5/R4s and by request of our players).Â
 Trusted and highly active members are given R4 in farm alliances so they can drop resource pits in their own time when there isn't one, and not have to wait to be able to farm. The rest are given pass list in the alliance so that they are also not waiting for anyone to gain access to their farms. Please arrange getting pass list with leadership.
KD leadership does not allow players to bring in farm accounts that are CH25 or with more than 25 million power, unless the player have a proven history of far-exceeding their kvk requirements and effectively contributing with multiple accounts in our kingdom.
Farms and alts with substantial power must meet KVK requirements just like main accounts.
As of June 2026, we are a high B seed.
Vacation permits (introduced right before kvk6 in our kd) give our leadership some allowance to offer off-time instead of asking people to outright leave. If you know you’re gonna be out of action or can’t commit to the next KvK, but do not want to hibernate your account, do yourself (and the kingdom) a favor and request for a vacation ticket as soon as possible.
The % threshold used to classify citizens as deadweight, as well as decisions on whether they should drop power, go inactive, or leave the kingdom, varies from KvK to KvK depending on several key factors. In most cases, KD leadership provides one opportunity to improve if players fail to meet their current baseline requirements, giving them a chance to prove themselves in the following KvK.Â
That said, when it’s time to tighten the ranks, if someone’s causing problems or just isn't compatible with the group, leadership won’t hesitate to show them the door when the opportunity arises. Deadweight clearing do happen during off-season. But as long as they’re not a major issue, KD leadership keeps it chill and let these players do their thing, possibly restricting a few things hoping they take the hint and leave quietly. Less drama, more focus.
