I am a first-year doctoral student at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics. My research lies in applied microeconomics, with a particular focus on labor and public economics. I am interested in how workers and firms navigate shocks and uncertainty, and how decisions within employment relationships shape careers, human capital, productivity, and inequality.
