I am a first-year doctoral student at the Bonn Graduate School of Economics. My research interests lie in applied microeconomics, particularly labor and public economics. I am especially interested in the dynamics between workers and firms and how they respond to shocks and uncertainty. I aim to understand how decisions within employment relationships shape careers and human capital, with broader consequences for productivity and inequality.
