Polymer Processing & Microstructure fabrication
Intelligent injection molding combined with non-contact measurement system
Smart Manufacturing involves the use of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics to optimize and automate manufacturing processes. In our laboratory, we are exploring ways to use these technologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase the precision and accuracy of manufacturing processes. Polymer Processing involves the transformation of raw materials into finished products through a variety of processes, including extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and thermoforming. Our laboratory is focused on the development of new polymer injection molding processing techniques and technologies that can improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase the precision and accuracy of these processes. Artificial Intelligence and Its Application involve the use of machine learning and AI algorithms to analyze and interpret data, identify patterns, and make predictions. We are exploring the use of AI and machine learning to improve the efficiency and accuracy of manufacturing processes, as well as to develop new applications in the field of polymer processing. Digital Image Processing involves the use of computer algorithms and software to analyze, enhance, and manipulate images and video. Our laboratory is focused on the development of new image processing techniques and technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency and accuracy of manufacturing processes, as well as to develop new applications in the field of polymer processing.
