The KCFTA will be offering a Firefighter one and two program beginning with a mandatory orientation on December 9th. You will need to bring a device of some kind to ensure you get logged into the Jones and Bartlett learning portal. Please bring something other than your phone. You will need access to a computer to complete the required course work for this program.
Classes will begin on January 6th and go every Tuesday evening 1800-2100 through June. Every other Saturday classes will begin on January 17th 0800-1600 and go through June.
Below you will find the Google sign up form and syllabus. Before signing up please look over the syllabus and ensure you will be able to proceed with this program. You must also obtain permission from your Fire Chief or AHJ in order to be accepted into the class. Please download and print off the below form. The completed forms may be scanned and emailed to Mike Lunt or brought to orientation.
Cost: $500.00 per cadet. Invoices will be sent out after orientation on December 9th.
