KC Beauty Brows– Permanent Makeup Policies

At KC Beauty Brows, every appointment is thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless, luxurious experience. To maintain the highest standards of care, professionalism, and artistry, we kindly ask all clients to review and respect the following policies.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Appointments & Reservations

All appointments must be reserved online.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are applied toward your total service investment and are non-refundable.
With proper notice, deposits may be transferred once to a future date in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows require a new deposit to rebook.

• Multiple missed appointments may result in declined future bookings.
  
  

Arrival & Late Policy

To ensure a relaxed and unrushed experience, please arrive on time.

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.

• If time permits, services may be adjusted to respect scheduled clients.
  
  

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive or notify us will be considered a no-show. Deposits will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future appointments.

Health & Eligibility

Permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. For your safety, please refrain from booking if you are:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Experiencing uncontrolled diabetes

• Undergoing chemotherapy

• Using Accutane (within the past 12 months)

• Prone to keloid scarring

• Living with blood-borne conditions

• Taking blood thinners without medical approval
  
  

If you have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider prior to booking.

Results & Expectations

Permanent makeup is a personalized and artistic process. Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

• Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.

• Touch-ups are not included unless stated otherwise.

• Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, no refunds are provided once the service has been performed.
  
  

Touch-Up Appointments

• One complimentary touch-up is included with your initial PMU service and is recommended within 4–6 weeks following your initial appointment to perfect and refine your results.

• The complimentary touch-up must be scheduled and completed within the recommended 4–6 week timeframe. Touch-ups not booked or completed within this window will no longer be complimentary and will be charged at the full touch-up rate.

• Missed or canceled touch-up appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies as all other services.

• Touch-up services are exclusively reserved for work performed by KC Beauty Brows. Touch-ups on work completed by other artists are considered a new full service or correction/cover-up and require a prior consultation. Please DM clear photos of your brows before booking.

Previous Work

• If you have previous work done on your brows, you must send me clear pictures of your brows for a cover up/ correction service.

• If you do not inform me about having previous work done and book for new brows, I may not be able to work on them and your deposit will be forfeited.

Aftercare Commitment

Proper aftercare is essential to long-lasting results. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. KC Beauty Brows is not liable for outcomes affected by improper aftercare or healing factors beyond our control.

Private Studio Etiquette

KC Beauty Brows is a private, home-based studio designed for comfort and focus.

• Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been approved.

• Children and additional guests are not permitted.
  
  

Photography & Branding

Before-and-after photos may be taken for professional documentation and marketing purposes. Identifying features will never be shared without consent. Please notify us prior to your appointment if you prefer to opt out.

Service Discretion

KC Beauty Brows reserves the right to refuse service at any time due to medical concerns, safety reasons, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.
