Set your view to see all of your pages at jumbo
Use a master that you set for the style guide of your font.
If you change your font, change the master instead of each page.

Document set up before you start (find your size in the trim instructions on Amazon)
Go to File > Document Setup > Set up your bleeds and slugs
Size of trim in the width and height

Starting your InDesign Layout:

Create a Folder with your PNGs named properly
Open InDesign
Find your trim size
Do the Document Set up
Start to import your images
Keep the front and back covers in a separate InDesign File as they need to be uploaded separately in their own file with only front and back cover
The number of pages are the interior pages
