The central disc is surrounded by a total of eight multilayered prongs. Four in the main directions and four in the cardinal directions. An ornamented thick ring divides the central disc and the rays. A broad dark-blue enameled band hosts a group of 24 stars arranged in a circular manner. Three white enameled stars surround, placed in main (north, west, east) directions. A plain golden disc surrounds a maroon enameled disc, an allegory of the sun.
