Eligibility : Can be awarded to Members of the Imperial Family. It can also be awarded to states people including The Grand Chancellor of the Realm, Ministers of The State and government officials who have greatly contributed towards the progress of The State’s and/or the welfare of its citizens. It can also be awarded to Foreign Head of States for their distinguished service in the micronational community, and for the promotion of brotherhood and peace. Can be awarded posthomously.

An ornamented thick ring divides the central disc and the rays. A broad dark-blue enameled band hosts a group of 24 stars arranged in a circular manner. Three white enameled stars surround, placed in main (north, west, east) directions. A plain golden disc surrounds a maroon enameled disc, an allegory of the sun.
