I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and faculty Fellow at the Stanford Institute of Economic Policy Research and the Stanford King Center on Global Development.
Research Areas: Behavioral Economics, Industrial Organizations, Marketing, and Labor Economics.
My work combines insights from behavioral economics with field data and experiments to study social norms, identity, and discrimination and how these constructs shape and are shaped by economic incentives and policies in various market settings.
