KB Cam (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how the app works. This document contains both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement (EULA). By installing or using KB Cam, you agree to all terms below.
KB Cam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers.
All photos, videos, and files created or used within the app remain on your device.
However, third-party services (such as Google Ads/AdMob) may collect certain data, including:

This information is collected solely by these third parties under their own privacy policies—not by KB Cam.
Any data collected by third-party advertising or analytics services is used only for:

KB Cam itself does not collect or store user data.
Required to allow users to take photos or videos using the app.
Used by the camera library used in the app (e.g., com.otaliastudios:cameraview) to enable audio capture when necessary.
Audio is not collected or transmitted by KB Cam.
Required only to load and display ads from Google Ads.
KB Cam does not upload user photos, audio, or data.
All photos and videos are captured and stored locally on your device.
KB Cam does not upload or send your media files to any server.
If you choose to share a file, sharing occurs through Android’s built-in system without any involvement from KB Cam servers.
The user is responsible for managing and backing up their own files.
Third-party services may collect information needed for advertising and analytics.
We do not control or take responsibility for:
Data collected by these services
The accuracy or content of ads
Privacy or security practices of third-party SDKs
Please review their privacy policies (e.g., Google AdMob Privacy Policy).
We may update this policy as laws, features, or third-party requirements change.
Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use KB Cam for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, or files you capture or share.
You will maintain backup copies of important data.
You will ensure you follow local laws when taking photos or recording audio/video.
KB Cam is not responsible for accidental data deletion, corruption, or mis-sharing caused by your device or actions.
KB Cam is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability
Non-infringement
Continuous or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that the app will always function without bugs or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KB Cam and its developers shall not be liable for:
Loss of photos, videos, or other data
Device or storage issues
Financial loss or damages
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Problems caused by third-party SDKs such as Google Ads
Improper or unlawful use of the camera or microphone by the user
Crashes, bugs, errors, or performance issues
You use the app entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from claims or damages arising out of:
Your use or misuse of the app
Your violation of this agreement or applicable laws
Media you create or share using KB Cam
We may terminate access to the app without notice if you violate these terms or misuse the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction, unless local laws require otherwise.
By using KB Cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use/EULA.
If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the app.
