NumisTrack ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information We Collect
Account Information
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we collect and store your email address and a unique account identifier. This is used only to identify your account, enable cloud sync, and associate your collection data with you. We do not access your password or any other account data beyond what is listed here.
Collection Data
If cloud sync is enabled, your NumisTrack data, including coins, notes, grades, values, wishlist items, and sales history, is stored on secure cloud infrastructure to enable backup, sync across devices, and restore on reinstall. This data is associated with your account identifier and is never shared with other users.
Push Notification Tokens
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token on our servers. This token is used only to send you eBay price alerts when a coin on your wishlist matches your target price. We do not use push tokens for marketing or any other purpose.
Purchase Information
If you purchase Collector Plus or Remove Ads, we receive a purchase token and transaction ID from Apple or Google. These are sent to our backend solely to verify your purchase and apply your entitlement. We do not store full payment details.
How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used only to:
Provide core app functionality
Enable cloud backup and multi-device sync
Send eBay price alert notifications you have requested
Verify in-app purchases
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
NumisTrack uses the following third-party services:
Google Sign-In, for authentication. See https://policies.google.com/privacy

Firebase, for app infrastructure. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Permissions We Request
Camera & Photo Library, used only to take or select photos of your coins. Images are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded anywhere.
Internet Access, required for cloud sync, sign-in, push notifications, and advertisements.
Push Notifications, used only to send eBay price alerts you have opted into by setting a target price on a wishlist item.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can sign out at any time. Signing out disables cloud sync but does not delete your local data.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app. Go to Settings, then Account actions, then Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your cloud-synced collection, wishlist, for sale and sold records, your push notification registrations, and all coin photos stored on your device. No email or contact with support is required.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your data, use the Export my data (CSV) option in Settings before you delete.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Collector Plus subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Local data on your device can also be removed by uninstalling the app.
Children
NumisTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data including encrypted transmission and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
