One Judge is elected by both(However Cats votes count for 2)
A Judge shall be elected by a popular vote from all of Kaz. The Judge shall serve for 1 year. If a judge dies in office or resigns there will be another election held for the judges replacement who will serve the rest of the previous judges term. If a Pentumvirate leader becomes corrupt if both the Judicial and Monarchy branches agree that Pentumvirate leader should be removed they may vote to do so, same goes for the Pentumvirate and the monarchy against a judge. However the Pentumvirate and the Judicial branch may not impeach the monarchy. If someone breaks a law in a county made by a Pentumvirate it will be presented to the court. The court must consider all of the following:

Severity
Whether or not you are forgiven
