(東北大学大学院 国際文化研究科准教授)
I am an associate professor at the Graduate School of International Cultural Studies at Tohoku University in Japan.
I have a wide interest in research topics related to infrastructure planning and management. In particular, I am interested in planning that contributes to the development of a sustainable society in harmony with nature. My research focuses on using optimization techniques for pre-disaster planning under uncertainty. Additionally, to answer research questions related to logistics planning for the transition to a circular economy, I apply machine learning and statistical analysis, making use of various data sources, including geospatial information and electromagnetic measurement data.
