How long are your courses?

It depends whether you take a language or cultural course. Minimum requirements to accomplish a course successfully are 3 months with one class a week which means altogether 12 classes to reach the basics in the selected course. 

There are options for two classes a week as well as semi-intensive (3 classes a week) and intensive courses.

Is there an option to have a language and cultural course at the same time? 

Yes. Usual ratio is 50:50, which means 6 classes of a language and 6 classes of the culture. However, we are very flexible, so we shall play with the ratio number. 

Do you provide certificates after the course? 

Yes. When you meet the requirement of the minimal classes and pass a simple check out test, you are entitled to get a certificate of accomplishment. 

Which technology/applications do you use for your classes? 

We purely work with MS Teams, however, we are also open to Zoom (if that is the only option).

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? 

Yes, there is an option for resheduling, however, cancellation later than 24 hours before the class is not permitted.
