Dear Kazakhstanis,

In today's video address I would like to share with you the situation around KSS.

People often write to me in social networks and ask me about the fate of the People's Company KSS, which I founded in 1997 and which I publicly handed over free of charge to my employees in December 2015 at the dawn of its technological and financial power, with a fortune of $50 million.

Why I went for such a not easy decision, I already shared with Kazakhstanis on the international platform of TED Talks in 2016.

The main reason then was the incessant attacks on me and my business by the Kazakh criminal regime because of my environmental and human rights activism in West Kazakhstan. Well, the regional authorities pursued their own selfish goals by attacking me in order to raid the business assets of KSS Group of Companies.

It is possible that for many Kazakh state entrepreneurs who do business together with this criminal regime, this amount of $50 million may seem ridiculous to them.

But I have always been and remain a representative of SMEs and to create my own company with such capitalization I had to spend more than a quarter of a century of my life on it.

I have always relied only on my diligence, creativity and my entrepreneurial talent.

Therefore, I can look into the eyes of KSS shareholders, my Kazakh People and my children with a clear conscience.

But unfortunately 6 months ago the employees from KNB still managed to seize the People's Company KSS under their manual control, executing the criminal order of the Kazakh regime of Tokayev and Nazarbayev, but having previously entered into a criminal conspiracy with the management of KSS, using traditional KNB methods of bribery, blackmail and intimidation in order to seize the property and valuable assets of KSS.

The KNB employees and their KSS management fakes, who were chosen by the owners of KSS themselves at public shareholder meetings in 2016, 2017 and 2021, went into this criminal conspiracy for several self-serving and criminal purposes:

First,

To destroy the company, along with its name KSS, so that it would no longer be associated with my name and which was a kind of small island of freedom in authoritarian criminal Kazakhstan.

Second,

To deliberately drive KSS into bankruptcy and then seize all of its multi-million dollar assets.

Third,

 To continue to hold my brother Bekijan in prison and my other relatives as political hostages in Kazakhstan.

The same KNB methods of deliberate bankruptcy and further raiding of assets were used in 2012 against my construction company “KSS Building” worth $40 million. 

My fellow countrymen from Western Kazakhstan are well aware of this notorious fabricated KNB case against me.

Many people ask me, what exactly are these valuable assets of KSS?

Well, first of all, it is a huge by the standards of the city of Aksai. Aksai Administrative hotel complex for 500 hotel rooms, office buildings with a total area of 12,500 m2, production facilities with a total area of about 6,800 m2, legendary in the city of Aksai Fitness Center “Christina”. Aksai Fitness Center “Christina”, a modern canteen for 2,000 seats, 3 plants produced in the USA, Germany and Holland for oil waste processing,

5 UK-made complexes for automated cleaning of oil reservoirs and oil pipes, a large amount of special equipment and special machinery, but perhaps the most expensive asset was my specially developed “Technological processes for oil waste processing and automated cleaning of oil reservoirs”, which is a trade secret and a valuable asset of KSS.

But now let me address directly to the shareholders of KSS and my colleagues at work.

My dear colleagues,

Remember what I said to you then in December 2015 at the KSS general meeting at which I took this difficult decision to hand over my company to my employees, i.e. you.

And I told you then that I was handing over my company as my child, whom I had raised for 20 years, in whom I had invested tens of millions of dollars and all my talent and soul. And I asked you then to treat it with the same care as I did.

Do you remember that?

I promised you then that I would help you and your company KSS as a hired business manager and as the main investor of KSS.

I would like to remind you that since the day I handed over my company to you, I have further invested over $8 million in KSS to enable your KSS company to bid and win competitive multi-million dollar contracts with global oil and gas giants such as; TCO, KPO and NCOC in Kazakhstan.

Do you remember that?

And that's when I told you that I had decided to dedicate the rest of my life to higher ideals. To the noble cause of defending the Rights and Freedoms of our country's Citizens.

That is, to protect your Rights and the future Freedom of your Children.

Do you remember it?

So, I kept all my promises and moreover, even though the criminal regime of Kazakhstan is still persecuting me since 2012, I have not given up and I am not going to give up and will continue to fight not only for Free Kazakhstan, but also for a small island of freedom called KSS, but in the international jurisdictions of Europe and the United States, which is what I am doing at the moment.

When a few months ago I learned about this treacherous collusion between the KSS leadership and KNB employees, it hurt my heart.

But I still waited to the last and hoped that KSS leaders still had honor and conscience and did not want to make this public statement. I just tried to give them all an opportunity to save their faces and human dignity to refuse from wrongful and shameful actions against their own shareholders, their colleagues and me personally.

Because you have not only betrayed KSS People's Company and your shareholders with your actions, you have betrayed your Children first and foremost.

And now let me give you the specific names of the accomplices among KSS executives who conspired to ruin your company and further to sell off in their personal interests and in the interests of KNB employees all the property and valuable assets of KSS, i.e. your assets.

First of all, these are the two KSS executives whom you yourself elected at the general meeting of KSS:

This is the current director of KSS, Salavat Tashtemirov. He personally called me in early June of this year and said that he had been summoned to the KNB several times and threatened that he would be deprived of his custody rights over the adopted children if he did not cooperate with them and admitted that he was forced to agree.

Another former KSS director, Baurzhan Jusupov, who was recently released from prison after he signed a secret procedural agreement to cooperate with the KNB to assist them in raiding valuable KSS assets and for the benefit of West Dala, a company owned by Tolegen Balgimbayev.

Khalida Mustafayeva, Head of the KSS Personnel Department, Saule Almukhambetova, Assistant Director of KSS, and Bakytzhan Kurmangaliyev, former Chief Mechanic of KSS, whose son serves in the KNB, are already forging minutes of meetings and your signatures.

All three have long cooperated with the KNB to forge the documents they need.

KSS chief engineers Akat Zainiev and his son Rinat Zainiev stole secret KSS technologies, which are the company's trade secrets in the field of oil waste processing and automated cleaning of oil tanks and oil pipes, and transferred them to “West Dala” company owned by Tolegen Balgimbaev and in the interests of “TengizChevroil” company for monetary rewards and employment in the Tengiz field.

Among those cooperating with the KNB are other individuals among the former KSS executives and shareholders who have not yet shown their faces, but who will soon remove their masks at the fake KSS shareholders meeting already scheduled for November 1, 2024.

 They are also helping to organize the conspirators to raid your assets because they have also been promised that they will receive a part of the remuneration from the realized assets of KSS and to help KSS to finally bankrupt the company and erase the former glory of KSS associated with my name.

The legend of the conspirators at this fake meeting is that they allegedly need to change the name of KSS, that some shareholders want to voluntarily give up their shares in KSS in favor of others, that they want to sell the industrial base of KSS located in the Tengiz field together with the oil waste processing plant to your competitors of “West Dala” company, allegedly to pay wage and tax arrears.

But this raider seizure scenario was written specially by the curators from the KNB, and they were instructed to just voice them.

Also in the raider seizure of valuable assets of KSS in the interests of Tolegen Balgimbayev's company “West Dala” and in the interests of the American company “TengizChevroil” their corrupt managers of TCO, such as;

 Rafael Kzylbaev, Serik Ermekbaev, Maxim Filyushkin and Bakhtiyar Uteshev.

They colluded on behalf of TengizChevroil with KSS managers Salavat Tashtemirov and Baurzhan Dzhusupov on behalf of the top management of TengizChevroil.

I would like to remind you that “TengizChevroil” has not fulfilled its contractual obligations and has a debt to KSS in the amount of $10 million, due to the early politically motivated termination of the contract, but they refuse to pay the debt because they have obligations to the Kazakh criminal regime of Tokayev in order to bring KSS to bankruptcy.

On the basis of their refusal to fulfill their obligations to KSS, I, as the Business Manager of KSS, together with lawyers from the United States, have prepared a lawsuit in the International Arbitration Court against “TengizChevroil”.

Knowing about my intention and in order to prevent me from defending the interests of KSS in International Courts, the conspirators behind your backs prepared the minutes of the meeting with already forged signatures of KSS owners that you allegedly voluntarily agreed to sell the industrial base of KSS together with the plant, production facilities, auxiliary equipment, offices, tanks, etc. located in the Tengiz field for next to nothing to “West Dala” company, i.e. to your competitors, which means that they are helping to carry out a raider seizure in the field.

 I have received many messages and audio recordings from my colleagues who refused to cooperate with the KNB and their KSS accomplices.

Let me remind you that surrendering trade secrets and deliberately causing material damage to a company, which may result in or contribute to the bankruptcy of the company is a criminal offense even in Kazakhstan.

But I still suggest all KSS shareholders to come to this meeting organized by KNB and their accomplices and video them on your cell phones, be active and ask them questions to prevent them from carrying out their sinister plan.

 If they get scared, they may change the date of the fake shareholder meeting, so keep an eye out for this and be sure to get journalists, bloggers or stream the meeting yourself.

Protect your property and valuable KSS assets and don't let the conspirators raid your assets and destroy your People's Company. Request an inventory of all KSS assets and demand video proof of the quorum of the meeting and the announcements they filed in advance to the media of the area.

I take this opportunity to invite all independent and even dependent journalists of Kazakhstan and bloggers to come to this public meeting of shareholders of KSS, which will be held on November 1, 2024 in the city of Aksai, West Kazakhstan region, to witness this shameful spectacle, because history is watching us all.

Even here in the U.S., people who are familiar with the story of the company's multi-million dollar assets being donated to its employees are wondering about the current fate of KSS People's Company?

That will be interesting for everyone to know, both in our country and far beyond.

Well, I once again want to assure all Kazakhstanis that I have always fought, am fighting and will fight for the Freedom of Kazakhstan from the tyranny of Tokayev and Nazarbayev, for the sovereignty of our country from fascist Russia in the political field of Kazakhstan, as well as for the People's Company KSS in the international courts of Europe and the USA and we will definitely win, but only together!
