Our Story — The Heart Behind Ka Yuan TCM & Wellness

Ka Yuan began as a shared dream between two dedicated TCM physicians, Ka Hei and Yuan Hui—a dream shaped by the lifelong wisdom of their mentor, Dr. Lee, and strengthened by the unwavering support of Shirley and Gary Yap. What started as an idea quickly grew into a mission: to bring the authentic healing power of Traditional Chinese Medicine into modern Malaysian life.

A Beginning Rooted in Purpose (2023)

In October 2023, the vision took form.

Both founders believed that TCM should be accessible, understandable, and genuinely helpful, not mysterious or intimidating. They saw how many people suffered in silence—women with hormonal imbalance, athletes with sports injuries, parents worried about their children’s health—and knew TCM could offer real answers.

Their goal was clear:

Restore balance, heal the root cause, and help people reconnect with their bodies again.

A Sanctuary in Jade Hills (2024)

In March 2024, the first branch of Ka Yuan Wellness Centre opened in the peaceful community of Jade Hills, Kajang. It wasn’t built to look like a clinic. It was designed to feel like home—quiet, warm, safe.

Here, patients were not rushed. Every consultation began with listening. Every treatment plan was personalised, blending classic TCM methods such as:

By November 2025, Ka Yuan evolved into Ka Yuan TCM & Wellness Sdn Bhd, marking a new chapter of growth, professionalism, and long-term direction. The vision became sharper than ever:
