> If you smoke on the patio, please use the ashtrays provided and clean it before leaving

Before you leave please :

> Replace the keys back into the key safe

> Lock the caravan and decking

> Dispose of all rubbish and leave tidy as found

> Cover patio furniture if used and place cushions under the beds

> Hoover and mop if needed 

> A £60 deposit is required to secure your booking

> Your deposit will be refunded 48 hours after your stay if:

> The booking was not cancelled

> Nothing is stolen or damaged

> Do not tamper with the internet. If you do, your deposit will not be refunded
