Sales Policy For Rabbits/Bunnies

*You must be 18 years or older to purchase a rabbit*

I have the right to refuse the sale of a rabbit to anyone, at any time for any reason.

Bunnies can go home no younger than 8 weeks old. Bunnies posted before 8 weeks old can *sometimes* be put on hold.

Kayla's Rabbitry and Rescue is not responsible for the care of any rabbit(s) once they are taken home. All bunnies that are purchased or adopted are 100% happy and healthy. I pick homes that I trust to continue caring for the bunny with the same amount of love as I do. When adopting a bunny you are expected to understand that just like any other pet, bunnies can be an expensive pet to care for and if for any reason they need medical help you will be 100% responsible.

All of my bunnies have a fee unless listed otherwise. Prices are NOT negotiable. Payment is due in form of cash or Venmo at time of pickup. If payment is not available at time of pickup you will be denied the ability to adopt  and the bunny will become available to others. No exceptions.

If you have reserved a bunny but are unable to pick up at the set date you are expected to contact me to change date or forfeit adoption. Please keep in mind that if you have placed a deposit on a bunny and change your mind or fail to show up on set pickup date your deposit will NOT be returned and the bunny will become available to others effective immediately. If I cancel a sale after a deposit has been placed it will be returned to you.

If you are no longer able to keep your bunny it is expected that you contact me to arrange a time to drop off the bunny. I always accept bunnies back if their owner is unable to take care of them. No refund will be given at any time.

Upon pickup please bring  carrier or small cage to transport your bunny in. One will not be provided. 

When purchasing a bunny from me you accept and agree to my sales policy. When adopting a bunny i assume that you have read and agree to the policy.

I have the right to update the sales policy for Kayla's Rabbitry at any time. 

If you are adopting a bunny from me please let me know that you have read and understand Kayla's Rabbitry and Rescues sales/adoption policy.
