` I drew this piece for my Digital Design class to spread awareness of Pangolin poaching.  Pangolins, also known as Scaly Anteaters, are endangered mammals native to Asia and parts of Africa. They are also the only known mammals to posses keratin scales.  Pangolin scales are often time used for Asiatic medicinal purposes; Though there is no known medical properties that the scales actually posse, these animals are poached for their scales and meat, their meat being a delicacy in parts of China and Vietnam. Due to habitat loss and poaching, the several types of Pangolins range from endangered to critically endangered.  They are one of the worlds most trafficked mammal.
