Many of my works are created using acrylic paint on canvas and center around immigration and cultural identity, which are often inspired by my own experiences as the daughter of two immigrants navigating the social climate of the United States in the 21st century. I also do enjoy painting people and the subjects of these paintings tend to be my own friends and family. Other media I am familiar with are watercolor, graphite, colored pencil, collage, and charcoal.
