I teach at Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi. I obtained a PhD in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata in 2017 and did my postdoctoral research at Imperial College London (2018-2021).

My research Interest

I have a distinct preference developing novel statistical methods for research problems that have direct relevance to practical issues. My work has been funded by Govt. of India, International Growth Centre-ISGH, Lloyd's Register Foundation and the Alan Turing Institute, among others. My methodological research interest includes:

Quantile Inference
Extreme Value Statistics
Survey Sampling and Data Quality
Complex and diverse data of all kinds, arising from Climate and Environment, Public Health, Image, Functional, and Streaming data.
