(Applied System IDentification Laboratory)
The ASID Lab is dedicated to advancing AI-driven modeling, simulation, and system identification methodologies for complex dynamic systems, with applications in structural dynamics, health monitoring, control, and navigation. Our mission is to integrate physics-based models with artificial intelligence to achieve accurate prediction, intelligent decision-making, and robust performance across diverse engineering domains.
We place particular emphasis on the following research areas:
Structural Dynamics & Vibrations: AI-enhanced analysis of structural dynamics, vibrations, aerodynamics, and their coupled interactions.
System Identification and PHM: Development of advanced methodologies for system identification and prognostics and health management (PHM), leveraging control theory, tracking filters, and state-of-the-art deep learning techniques.
Navigation system: Research on high-precision relative navigation, emphasizing multi-sensor fusion frameworks integrating radar, lidar, and imaging sensors.
