Pagurus minutus (Hess, 1865)

レア度：いつでも見られる

形態：体は褐色とされるが、葛登支では緑～黄色味がかったものをよく見かける。はさみ脚の長節にはまだら模様が入り（ないものもいる）、掌部には顆粒突起が散在し、長毛が生える。第2触覚はホンヤドカリよりもやや色の薄い褐色と白色の斑模様。歩脚の指節が前節よりも長いことが特徴で和名の由来。このためか歩脚を広げたとき、他種よりも脚が異様に長く見える。

生息域：潮間帯から水深3m程度までに生息。葛登支では波打ち際の岩礁帯に多く、ホンヤドカリに混ざって見つかる。
