Research to widen ones horizont

Research is nourishing my curiosity

​Throughout my working life I have been fortunate to be able to take a step backward and research the things we are developing and the phenomenas around cultural management. My academic background is in musicology (fil.lic) and sociology (PhD). I am strongly oriented in qualitative research and also methodology development that has taken place in my surrounding at university of applied sciences. 

A key characteristic in my research history is multidisciplinarity. I have found exciting co-research possibilities with researchers mainly outside the field of arts - and truly enjoy finding common language.

• Data based performing arts audience development

• Key words in quite many of my texts are innovation, futures research, cultural industry, sharing economy (including alternative currencies) and music industry
