Here is the recruitment process for aspiring KATO Youth Volunteers!
STAGE 1
You will have to fill up a form about your information, you will also need to provide a Resume or CV.
STAGE 2
After filling up a form, you will have to wait for 2-3 weeks (more or less) to receive a confirmation that you applied.
STAGE 3
If you passed the initial screening, you will have to schedule a meeting for the interview.
STAGE 4
During the interview session, the interviewer will ask you more questions about yourself and the position you've applied for.
If you passed the interview and is accepted to volunteer, congratulations!
After the Interview
After signing an agreement form, you are now an official volunteer of KATO Youth! You are expected to be part of a 3-day training program prior to the position that you applied for. You are also expected to use the skills taught during your volunteer proper.
Volunteering Benefits
When you volunteer in KATO Youth, you are entitled to:
An E-Certificate of Recognition (Given after your term)
Letter of Recommendation (At most 2 LOR only)
Volunteering Hours
Networking (If you have LinkedIn, then you can connect with the Founder and receive a recommendation!)
