Parents can help them with homework, read with them, and check out the student website page to see interactive websites and websties that can help them learn.
How can a parent get involved in the classroom?
As a parent, being involved in the classroom is highly important. There are several ways to be involved in my classroom. Parents can volunteer to work at school, class, and community events. Just contact Miss Katie if you would like to volunteer.

How are behavioral problems delt with in Miss Katie's classroom?
Our class accepltable use policy shares this information.
The first offense will be 5 minutes out of recess. The second offense will be the student writing sentences and missing all of their recess. The third offense will result in getting sent to the office.
However, if a student accesses a website they should not or misuses their computer privalges, then they will lose all technology privalges in the classroom for a week.
