about me

My name is Katie Arthur and I am a registered nurse that has developed a love of sourdough. I began this journey by eliminating processed foods and preservatives and learning to make homemade bread. My growing knowledge of sourdough has taught me the benefits beyond its minimal ingredients (flour, water and salt!) and has given me the desire to share it with others. My bread has been registered as a KY Proud product and I try my best to use locally sourced produce including Weisenberger Mill Flour from Midway, KY. 

where to find my products?

I am located in Versailles, KY for home pick up orders and you can find me as a vendor at community events. I hope to soon expand into local businesses. As a full-time nurse, I bake when I am able to dedicate the time and energy to prepare and bake your orders fresh. I will post bake days on my social media and my hotplate account where I share my updated menu.
