My  skills  span  various  facets  of education,  including  instructional  design,  training  program  development, curriculum creation, data collection, and analysis. I have honed these abilities to address the unique learning and development needs of organizations, clients, and  stakeholders,  ensuring  their  success.  

My  expertise  is in  crafting  and implementing  evidence-based  instructional  models  and  strategies  that  drive significant progress in learning and development outcomes. I utilize ADDIE & SAM processes to bring projects through the full ID lifecycle.  As I develop eLearning, adult learning theories, such as Kirkpatrick's Model are applied to ensure the greatest learner outcomes.  I am solutions-based and team-oriented as my goal is to close learning gaps and enhance the productivity of organizations through immersive education.
