Who am I? 

I am Kathy Cox. A retired teacher of theater and choral music for 30 years, with a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  My background as a singer, actress, teacher, cake decorator, voice and piano teacher and curriculum writer has given me a unique look at life. In addition, I am the Mom of a wonderful young man who works in the film industry and has a background as a professional child actor on Broadway and TV. 

I love to collect items for my stores that are beautiful. I believe we all have an inner beauty and we just need to learn how to express it on the outside. I don't get addicted to fashion trends. The people in my life with a great sense of style were just expressing their inner beauty and passion. What is yours? Find it in my stores.

In 2019, I began to clean out my closets and that led me to start selling on Poshmark. My closet is titled "@KathySingz" as a nod to music that has always been close to my heart because singing makes me happy. In 2020, I began to add other stores to my portfolio. It's fun to make my items available to various buyers and all over the world.

Branching out to boutique items has allowed me to seek quality women's items that I feel can express your inner beauty. Lovely pieces that you can be proud to be seen in, but still allow comfort for women of various sizes. When I was a professional performer, it was important to be presentable when seen in public, yet I didn't want to be "dressed up" at all times. As a theater and music teacher, I typically stood and walked around a lot in my job, including lifting and moving set pieces. This required comfortable clothes that looked professional but also allowed me to move. Thus, you will find items in my Boutique that fit this goal.
