About me
My name is Kexin Song and I am a PhD student in the Global Environment Remote Sensing (GERS) Lab at the University of Connecticut. My PhD project focuses on monitoring and characterizing forest disturbances using satellite time series, and evaluating their risks to the roadside and right-of-way (ROW) powerlines in Connecticut.
I like hiking, swimming, and enjoying spicy food! Recently I have been passionate about nature photography.
