KATHERINE: DRAW THIS IN YOUR STYLE!

To celebrate my birthday, me and Katherine  (my dear OC) will be gifting you all a contest so we can all have fun. 

The gist of it is simple: Create a work of art completely centered in Katherine and post it on social media. Any form of art is valid! For real! Drawings (traditional or digital), paintings, short or long stories, poems, songs, cosplays, you name it! The only condition is that Katherine has to be the protagonist and it has to be all about her! Just let your creativity flow freely and show everyone what you can do!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

You will have until December 20 01:00 AM PST (09:00 AM GMT) to submit your entry to the contest by posting it in either Bluesky, Twitter (X), Instagram or TikTok 

The post of your entry must meet the next conditions:

1.- It must contain the art piece you created for your entry. If it's anything that can't be contained in a single post for the social media you're using (for example, if it's not a drawing but a written story), the post must at least contain a link to the full thing with no restrictions so anyone that wants to see the entry can access. 

2.- The post must contain the hashtag #KatherineATIYS . 

3.- You must mention @ShamrocksDZ so Sham and the judging team can see your entry.  Sham will repost/retweet all of your entries!

4.- In order for your entry to be eligible you must follow @ShamrocksDZ in the social media platform you're using to post.

5.- Your account cannot be private and the post must be visible to anyone. 

If your post/account does not fulfill all of these requirements your entry will not be considered by Sham or the judging team and there is a chance they might not even see it! So please make sure to follow all of those steps. 

Each entry will be carefully evaluated by our judging team and the winners will be announced on December 22 in any of @ShamrocksDZsocial media accounts.

• Katherine is an only child. 

• Katherine's main hobbies are reading (mainly horror and detective fiction novels), training, doing her nails and listening to true crime podcasts. 

• Katherine's music tastes are incredibly broad. Her favorite music genres are Reggaeton and Hip Hop because the lyrics and overall style show a confidence she rarely has.

• Her physical combat style is almost entirely based on kicks and leglocks, her outfit includes only stirrup legwear because she can focus energy on her soles to move freely and quickly around the stage. In terms of weapons, Katherine uses a high-tech bow and light arrows.

• Katherine loves horror films and, in general, the horror genre in media. She's a big fan of occultism and ghost stories, although she considers herself skeptical. However, if she saw herself in an actual real life situation that looked paranormal, she would be absolutely terrified. 

• Being called "Kath" for short doesn't bother her and many people use that when referring to her. However, she absolutely hates people calling her "Kathy", as she considers that to be a whole different name. 

• Kath loves watching others play videogames. She's never been very good at them but she has played a couple horror classics.

• Entries made fully or partially with any form of AI are absolutely banned from participating. If the judging team determines you have used AI at any point during the creation of your submission you will be immediately disqualified. 

• The judging team consists of Sham along with other people that have already been determined by the start of the contest. Due to not all of them being artists, internet personalities or to protect their privacy, the judges for the contest are not public. 

• The list of forms of art allowed as entries contains but is not limited to: 

  1. Drawings, sketches or paintings in either traditional methods (i.e paper and pencil, canvas and paint) 

  2. Short or long stories of any length 

  3. Cosplay 

  4. Photography 

  5. Songs 

  6. Videogames or visual novels made with any engine or software 

  7. Videos or movies of any length 

  8. Poems 

If you have any doubt whether if what you're preparing to submit qualifies as a form of art for the contest please reach Sham through DMs to ask directly.

•  Your entry must not contain any single gist of discrimination or hate speech in any shape or form (included, but not limited to racism, homophobia, sexism, etc.). It must also not endorse any form of political or religious position. 

• The judging criteria is entirely up for the judges preferences. They will reach a consensus to determine each spot. The criteria they'll follow will include but is not limited to:

-Creativity

-Originality

-Skills

-Katherine's use and importance in the piece

-Delivery

• The judging team reserves the right to discard any submission for any reason they see pertinent. 

• The prizing amounts constitute what will be sent from Sham's Paypal account to the winners. These do not take into consideration Paypal's fees for receiving money in each country or conversion rates that apply so keep in mind the amount you receive might vary from what is sent when delivering the prize.

• The judging team reserves the right to add any rule to this list at any point or for any reason they see pertinent. Any relevant updates on the rules will be previously notified.
