landscape ecology | community ecology | conservation
I am a PhD candidate in Nick Haddad's lab in the departments of Integrative Biology and Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior at Michigan State University. I am broadly interested in the effects of anthropogenic landscape changes on ecosystems and the methods used to restore them. Much of my dissertation research focuses on how habitat fragmentation and landscape connectivity alters species interactions, focusing on plant-insect interactions. I am also passionate about communicating connectivity research to inform management and conservation, which I do through my work with Conservation Corridor.Â
