Beginning October 1st, 2026, I will be a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. I completed my PhD at Notre Dame under the supervision of Chris Schommer-Pries. My research is on topological quantum field theories (TQFTs).

In particular, I study the manifold invariants that TQFTs produce and look at which manifolds they can distinguish. More generally, I'm interested in the intersections of algebraic topology, manifold and low-dimensional topology, and category theory.

In my free time, I enjoy singing, hiking, and spending time with my cats.
