I have always loved drawing and painting, but it took me a long time to consider it more than "just a hobby", and for a long time, I treated it with very little thought. Increasingly in recent years, I've started to  express my experiences, feelings and ideas through my art.

I've always been drawn to the more surreal aspects of life and the human experience, and my work reflects that. I am especially drawn to portraits, and try to capture the sitter's personality and inner state of mind as much as possible. However, I'm shy to ask for sitters, so a lot of the porrtaits on here are from photo reference found on pinterest and the like. 

I trained in classical drawing  at the Drawing Academy in Viborg for 8  months, and have been working as a lighting and look development artist in the visual effects industry for the past 11 years.
