I worked with Katharina on the production of "Compositional Transfer Inbodied 'I, Anton'," of the SILK Fluegge dance company. Katharina’s work during the project focused on creating engaging promotional content for the company’s Social Media Channels. Katharina’s innovative ideas to produce content for the relevant target group made a significant impact for our social media presence on the official Instagram account. Katharina also provided crucial support during the "Und ich will mit Anton tanzen" performance at the Oberösterreicher Ball at Vienna City Hall, where her attention to detail and dedication contributed to the event's success. Throughout her time with us, Katharina demonstrated a deep understanding of the artistic processes in the performing arts and gained valuable insights into the ethics and dynamics of working in the cultural sector. I especially worshipped her hands on mentality, her creativity and her collaborative spirit, which made her a valuable member to our team and a pleasure working with her.

My wife and I had the distinct honor to mentor a team of young ladies, and future business entrepeuners, at Valley Christian High School that were participating in the BEI program. Katharina demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong work ethic as the team worked through the development of their business plan. it is a testament to what the other Team member thought of Katharina as a leader that she was selected to be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the team. I observed Katharina's leadership style and was impressed how she supported her team and kept the project on task while juggling a demanding school schedule. I look forward to seeing Katharina's continued development as a young business leader.
