I have been appointed as a member of the committee in July 2024. I have facilitated multiple events hosted by the Committee during CMS biannual Meeting, which includes:
the Student Research Session during the Winter '24 (Richmond, BC), Summer '25 (Quebec City, QC), and Winter '25 (Toronto, ON) Meetings;
the AARMS-CMS Student Poster Session during the Winter '25 (Toronto, ON) Meeting.
In June 2025, I got appointed as a Co-Chair of the Committee, joining Ludovick Bouthat. Starting from January 2026, I will be fulfilling the role of the Chair of the Committee.
I have been a trainer for the Summer IMO Training Camp in 2024 and the Winter training camps at York University in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, I was managing the winter camp at McMaster University.
I am mostly responsible for geometry and algebra training during the camps. At some point the handouts from camps will be uploaded to the Contests page.
I was the deputy leader to Team Canada at EGMO 2023 (Slovenia), and since 2024 I have been the leader of the team: 2024 (Georgia), 2025 (Kosovo), 2026 (France).
In June 2025, I got appointed as the EGMO Chair for the Committee, which in particular resulted in the official EGMO Selection Regulations being drafted. Those Regulations are expected to be published on the CMS website in 2026.
Since October 2025, I serve as the University Representative on the local chapter of the OAME.
I was the founder of the TRUSU Math Club (Thompson Rivers University) and its President from 2021 until 2023. One day I might elavorate on what exactly I did in my role more. For now, just enjoy the interview we did as a small advertisement for the club and the stream / casual interview I did with the TRU Library, while playing Cities Skylines!
