Welcome
Taking the first step into therapy can feel like an overwhelming prospect. It takes courage to seek support, and finding a therapist who feels right for you is the most important part of the journey.
I believe in treating everyone with deep compassion, respect, and warmth. Because of this, I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship that is grounded, relaxed, and genuinely comfortable.
Clients report that talking to me feels unintimidating and safe—a collaborative space where you can bring your messiest thoughts, fears, or heaviest worries and find a calm, steady, and entirely non-judgmental response.
About me and my experience
I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist based in London. I hold an MA and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have over a decade of experience in private practice, running a stable and trusted clinical space for my clients. My career foundations include vital short-term clinical work within the NHS framework, where I worked on a targeted brief-therapy initiative managing caseloads and clearing specialist waiting lists for The Priory.
This background in strict, focused therapy models—delivering impactful, short-term interventions—honed my ability to build deep trust rapidly. It ensures that whether we work together for a few targeted weeks or over many months, your sessions are held within a safe, highly efficient, and ethically structured framework.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, anger management, neurodiversity, or questions around sexuality, we can work through it together.
How we will work together
Because no two people are the same, I don’t believe in a rigid, one-size-fits-all model. My expertise lies in flexibility. Depending on what you hope to achieve, I offer both short-term focused counselling and open-ended, long-term psychotherapy.
My integrative background allows me to draw responsibly from established, evidence-based modalities to tailor a treatment plan unique to your personality, pace, and goals:
• Humanistic & Psychodynamic Approaches: We explore how your past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your present relationships and choices, grounded in deep respect and warmth.
• CBT & Solution-Focused Processes: We integrate practical, proactive tools to help you manage day-to-day challenges when you need actionable strategies.
Areas of practice
Throughout my ten plus years of practice, I have supported adults navigating a broad range of life challenges, including:
• Anxiety & Mood: Generalized anxiety, panic, depression, social anxiety, and low self-esteem.
• Identity & Relationships: Relationship difficulties, sexuality, and neurodiversity support.
• Life Transitions & Crisis: Trauma, bereavement, loss, and anger management.
Fees and logistics
• Session Fee: £80 per 50-minute session.
• Format: Online video sessions (conducted securely via Zoom).
• Availability: Individuals aged 18+.
How online therapy works
Working online allows you to access therapy from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own home or office, anywhere in the UK.
To get the most out of our online sessions, all you will need is:
• A reliable internet connection.
• A laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
• A private, quiet space where you can speak freely without being interrupted.
The initial consultation
Finding a therapist you feel genuinely relaxed with is the most important factor in your therapeutic journey. Because of this, our first online session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to meet, discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and see if my style feels like the right fit for you.
