CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration is on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
Seminar / Webinar fee MUST be FULLY PAID before the event date else the Letter of Undertaking must be provided.
Reservation is considered confirmed only after participants receive a confirmation from the Organizer.
Advice of CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING to the Organizer & if accepted :
- More than 15 days prior to the event date :
Full refund will be given :
- Between 8 - 14 days : 50% refund
- Less than 7 days : STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
No additional cost for replacement participant(s) but the Organizer must be informed at least one (1) day earlier to prepare the certificate of attendance.

The organizer reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the program and shall inform participants of any such changes.
