CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration is on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS. 

• Seminar / Webinar fee MUST be FULLY PAID before the event date else the Letter of Undertaking must be provided.

• Reservation is considered confirmed only after participants receive a confirmation from the Organizer.

• Advice of CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING to the Organizer & if accepted :

       - More than 15 days prior to the event date : 

•      Full refund will be given :

       - Between 8 - 14 days : 50% refund

       - Less than 7 days : STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

• No additional cost for replacement participant(s) but the Organizer must be informed at least one (1) day earlier to prepare the certificate of attendance.

• The organizer reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the program and shall inform participants of any such changes.
