KashPulse is a non-custodial arbitrage intelligence tool operated by KashPulse (a foreign-incorporated SaaS company). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not collect — so you can use KashPulse with full confidence.
The short version: We do not collect your name, bank details, BVN, NIN, or any financial identity. We never see, store, or transmit your exchange API keys. We do not manage, hold, or access your funds at any point.
KashPulse is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that provides real-time cryptocurrency arbitrage market data and execution tooling. We are incorporated as a foreign SaaS provider and operate globally, with a primary user base across Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, India, and other regions.
KashPulse is a data analytics tool only. We are not a financial institution, broker, exchange, wallet provider, or Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). We do not execute trades on your behalf.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
Email Address Collected when you sign in via Google OAuth (our only authentication method). Used to identify your account, send service-related notifications, and manage your subscription.
Subscription & Billing Information We use RevenueCat to manage all in-app purchases and subscriptions. KashPulse never directly processes or stores your payment card details. All billing data is handled by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store under their respective privacy policies.
Device & Session Information When you use the app, we collect basic technical information including your device type, operating system, app version, and a unique session identifier. This helps us diagnose bugs and improve performance.
Push Notification Token If you enable notifications (Alpha and Ultimate tiers), we store your Expo push notification token to deliver gap alerts and system messages to your device.
In-App Activity We log certain in-app actions to improve the product and enforce fair usage, including:
Gap cards viewed or expanded
Deep-link buttons tapped
Alert configurations created
Subscription tier changes
Region / Locale We derive your primary market region (e.g., NGN, ZAR, KES) from your device's locale settings. This determines your default gap feed and the pricing displayed at checkout. You can update this in your profile settings.
We want to be explicit about what we will never collect:

❌ NIN (National Identification Number)
❌ Phone number (not required; optional only in future features)
❌ Bank account details
❌ Exchange account credentials (username or password)
❌ Your trading history on any exchange
❌ Your NGN, USDT, or any cryptocurrency balances
❌ Exchange API keys (see Section 3 below)
This section is critical for Ultimate tier users who link their exchange API keys.
Your API keys are stored exclusively on your device. They are encrypted using AES-256 via your device's Secure Enclave (iOS) or equivalent secure storage (Android) through the expo-secure-store library.
KashPulse servers never receive, store, transmit, or have access to your API keys
When you execute a trade via the API Bridge, the signed API request is constructed on your device and sent directly from your phone's IP address to the exchange (e.g., api.bybit.com)
KashPulse's backend infrastructure has zero visibility into these requests
Our server logs record only "Price Alert Sent" — no trade data, no key data
If you delete the app, your locally stored API keys are permanently deleted from your device. We have no copy to recover.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not use your data for advertising targeting. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to purchase user targeting through KashPulse.
When you tap a deep-link to execute a trade on Bybit, Binance, or OKX through KashPulse, your referral may be attributed to KashPulse's affiliate account on those exchanges. This means:
KashPulse may earn a commission (20–40% of your trading fees on those platforms)
This does not increase your fees. In many cases, using our referral link provides you a 10% fee discount on the exchange
We do not receive any data about your trades from the exchanges — only aggregate commission payments
This arrangement is disclosed in the app under Profile → About / Transparency

We do not share your personal data with these services beyond what is strictly necessary for the service to function.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of your account
Cancelled subscriptions: Account data retained for 90 days after cancellation, then automatically and permanently deleted
Account deletion: When you delete your account via Profile → Account Deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days
Inactive accounts: If your account has had no activity for 24 consecutive months, your personal data will be automatically deleted within 90 days of that threshold
Activity logs: Aggregated and anonymised after 12 months
API keys (Ultimate): Stored only on your device; deleted immediately when you remove them or uninstall the app
Note on partial data deletion: KashPulse does not currently offer a way to delete specific categories of data without deleting your full account. However, all user data is automatically deleted within 90 days of account cancellation or inactivity. To request full account and data deletion, see Section 8 below.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. KashPulse respects these rights regardless of your region.
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated personal data
Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes
Withdraw consent at any time (e.g., disabling push notifications)
Data portability — you can export your activity log as a CSV file from the Activity tab

We will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days.
You can delete your KashPulse account and all associated data at any time using either of the following methods:
Method 1 — In-App (Recommended):
Open the KashPulse app
Go to Profile (bottom navigation, rightmost tab)
Tap Account Deletion
Confirm your deletion request
Method 2 — By Email: Send an email to olomuvoke01@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request" Include your registered email address in the body of the email.
What gets deleted:
Your email address
Push notification token
Subscription history and tier status
Alert configurations
In-app activity log
All personally identifiable data stored in our database
What is retained (temporarily):
Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate usage data may be retained for product analytics purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
Retention period: All personal data is permanently purged within 30 days of your deletion request. If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your personal data is automatically deleted within 90 days of cancellation.
Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately via your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before or after submitting your deletion request to avoid further charges.
KashPulse complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) issued by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).
In accordance with NDPR:
We collect only minimum necessary data (data minimisation principle)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as BVN or NIN
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time
We do not transfer your personal data outside Nigeria without appropriate safeguards
KashPulse is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:
All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/WSS (TLS 1.3)
Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data
Tier gating is enforced at the database level, not just the UI level
Exchange API keys are encrypted on-device using AES-256 and never leave your device
Authentication tokens expire after 1 hour and rotate on use
Biometric lock is available for additional app-level security
No system is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability in KashPulse, please disclose it responsibly at olomuvoke01@gmail.com.
KashPulse does not report your trading activity to any tax authority, including the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in Nigeria or any equivalent body in other jurisdictions.
We provide a CSV export tool in the Activity tab that allows you to download your in-app activity log for your own record-keeping. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your trading activity. KashPulse is not a financial advisor and this does not constitute tax advice.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Display an in-app notification to active users
For significant changes, send a notification to your registered email address
Your continued use of KashPulse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may delete your account at any time.
