We do not directly collect or store payment information. All payments are processed securely through:
- Apple In-App Purchase: Payments are processed through Apple's secure native payment system
- Google Play Billing: Payments are processed through Google's secure native payment system
Apple and Google handle all payment processing, and we receive only order confirmation data (purchase date, app version, transaction ID—no credit card or personal payment data is shared with us).
We continuously improve our App's features to provide users with high-quality, AI-powered experiences. In certain parts of the App, camera access or image uploads may be required to perform specific functionalities, including facial recognition, facial movement tracking, or other image-based search & image processing features.
We strictly follow privacy-first practices:
Any image captured or uploaded by the user is used only to perform the specific feature requested within the app. We do not use facial or image data for any purposes beyond what you explicitly authorize for specific features.
We do not share, sell, or distribute user images or face-related data to any third party under any circumstances. This includes advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or any external service providers. Your biometric data is confidential and remains exclusively under Muhammad Kashif's control.
Images captured directly through the app's camera features are not stored on our servers. Camera captures are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the requested functionality is completed. No permanent record of camera data is retained.
Images uploaded by the user (when needed for a specific feature) are temporarily stored on our secure servers only for a few minutes, strictly for processing purposes. These images are automatically deleted once the requested functionality is completed. Temporary storage is encrypted and isolated from all other data systems.
Where possible, facial recognition and image processing are performed on your device locally. This means your data does not need to be sent to our servers for processing, ensuring maximum privacy and security.
Security Commitment: Your privacy and security are our top priority. We ensure that all face data and images are handled responsibly and used solely for delivering the intended app features. All processing is done with the highest standards of data protection and encryption.
Our Apps may display advertisements through Google AdMob (or similar Google Ad networks). These advertisements may be personalized based on:
- Device advertising ID (IDFA or Google Advertising ID)
- App usage patterns
- Inferred interests and demographic information
Google may collect and process data through ads displayed in our Apps. This data collection is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy. We do not control Google's data practices or how they use the data collected through their advertising network.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads by:

Note: Opting out may result in less relevant ads, but ads will still be displayed in the app.
All data transmitted between our Apps and our servers is protected through:

- Encrypted data storage on our secure servers

All AI processing and user data is handled exclusively on Muhammad Kashif's own secure servers. We use our proprietary APIs and infrastructure to ensure maximum data security and privacy. User data is:

What We Do NOT Use Your Data For (Muhammad Kashif Only):

- Training external AI or machine learning models (on Muhammad Kashif's servers)
- Sharing with advertisers beyond Google's ad network
- Purposes unrelated to app functionality
Note: While Muhammad Kashif does not share your data with third parties for the above purposes, data transmitted to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) is handled according to their respective privacy policies.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active, and for 30 days after account deletion
- Camera Images: Not retained; deleted immediately after processing
- Uploaded Images: Temporarily stored for processing (minutes to hours), then permanently deleted
- Usage Data: Retained for 90 days for app improvement purposes, then anonymized
- Payment Records: Retained per App Store requirements (Apple: 18 months, Google: per their policies)
You have full control over app permissions. You can manage permissions at any time:
- iOS:Settings > [App Name] > Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, etc.

You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data

You can uninstall our Apps at any time. Uninstalling will stop all data collection, though previously collected data may be retained according to our retention policies.
Our Apps are distributed through:
- Apple App Store (iOS):** Subject to Apple's privacy policies
- Google Play Store (Android):** Subject to Google's privacy policies
Apple and Google may collect their own data regarding app downloads and installations. Their data collection is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.
The only external service involved in our Apps (beyond your device and our servers) is Google AdMob for displaying advertisements. No other third-party services process your data.
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your data:

If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
