# KasHafızam — Privacy Policy

KasHafızam ("the app", operated by Orsen Yazılım) respects your privacy. This

policy explains what data the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.

## Data we collect

- **Account** — when you sign up, we store your email address and a display name

  via our authentication provider (Supabase). A username is generated for

  friend discovery.

- **Training data** — programs, logged sets/sessions, streaks and personal

  records that you create in the app.

- **Body measurements** — optional weight, body-fat and circumference values you

  choose to log. These are stored on your device.

- **Social data** — friends you add, groups you create, and (if you share a

  program) the program you publish. Your weekly training volume is published to

  the leaderboard under your display name.

- **Device/usage** — basic technical data needed to run the app and, for

  non-subscribers, to serve ads (see below).

We do **not** collect your contacts, precise location, or health data from

Apple Health / Google Fit unless you explicitly connect them.

## How we use data

- To provide the app's features (tracking, analysis, social, leaderboard).

- To sync your account data across your devices (via Supabase).

- To show non-intrusive ads to non-subscribers (Google AdMob).

- To send local reminder notifications you enable (delivered on your device).

We do **not** sell your personal data.

## Third-party services

- **Supabase** — authentication and cloud storage of your account/training data.

- **Google AdMob** — ads for non-subscribers. AdMob may process device

  identifiers per its own policy.

- **RevenueCat / App Store / Google Play** — subscription processing (payments

  are handled by the store, not by us).

- **AI PT** — if the AI coach is enabled, your typed question (not your identity)

  is sent to an AI model provider to generate an answer.

## Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account from

**Settings → Account → Delete my account**, which removes your account and all

associated cloud data. Local data is removed when you uninstall the app.

## Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your

region).

## Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be noted in the app or store

listing.
