These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications published by Kashaf Shakoor (collectively, the “Apps”).
The Apps covered by these Terms include:
Banofi - AI Photo Editor & Image Art
Kumo - AI Video Generator
Cardly - AI Flashcard Learning
By downloading, accessing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
You must meet the minimum age rating displayed in the App Store for their region. By using the Apps, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies.
Certain features or content within the Apps may require In-App Purchases. Access to such features is conditioned upon a valid purchase made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Apps:
Do not require account creation
Do not support user login
Do not store or create personal user profiles
Access is provided on an anonymous, session-based basis.
The Apps use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate content based on user input.
Inputs (such as images, text, or prompts) are processed in real time
Inputs are not stored by us
Processing is required solely to provide app functionality
Depending on the App, processing may occur via:
Google Gemini (Nano Banana) API
Seedream V4 API
OpenAI APIs (including Sora where applicable)
Your use of AI features acknowledges that:
Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
AI-generated content should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions
We use Sentry solely for:
Crash reporting
Error diagnostics
Performance stability
These logs:
Do not include personally identifiable information
Are used only to improve reliability and app performance
You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., images, text prompts).
By using the Apps, you grant us a temporary, limited right to process such content only as necessary to provide the requested functionality. No content is retained after processing.
You agree not to submit content that:
Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing
Violates intellectual property rights
Breaches third-party terms or applicable laws
All Apps, including but not limited to:
Source code
UI/UX design
Branding
Logos
App content (excluding user inputs)
are owned by Kashaf Shakoor and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Apps.
We may:
Modify or discontinue features at any time
Update the Apps to comply with platform, legal, or technical requirements
Suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Accuracy
Reliability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Apps (if any)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kashaf Shakoor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your misuse of the Apps
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
